Fees - An Overview
Here is a quick overview of the main areas where fees
apply; NZQA, school, international and boarding.

Qualifications Authority charges fees for school qualifications (NCEA).
The table below outlines the fees that need to be paid.
These fees are to be paid by the end of Term Two to enable students to receive
their results in the following January |

NZQA Fees
Automatic Payments
For your convenience, and to help budget for the payment of NZQA fees,
a system of automatic payments can be set up at your bank. Just quote
these details:

Betty Eggers in the NCG Finance Office is happy to answer your queries
about automatic payments and/or provide you with a bank authority form.
Financial Assistance
The government provides financial assistance to parents/caregivers who
are beneficiaries or who meet hardship criteria and have a Community Services
card.
Application forms are available early in Term Two from Heather McEwen
at NCG (extension 828) or Robert Taylor (extension 885).
Some financial assistance may also be available through a Trust Fund
at school. Students will receive examination payment advice notices to
remind parents and caregivers of these fees.
Please note: NZQA will not release results to students if the fees are
not paid.
