Uniform Policies & Prices
Please click here for the uniform students should be wearing. Please note that Years 7 & 9 regulations are different from Years 8, 10 to 13. Students in Years 8, and 10 to 13 are welcome to follow the same regulations as Years 7 & 9.
Uniform Shop and Opening Hours
Visit the Nelson College for Girls Uniform Shop located beside the Music Rooms - follow the path on the right hand side of the main gates, or just ask at the main school reception area.
2012 opening
Tuesdays and Thursdays lunchtime during term time. Lunchtime is usually between 1.30 pm and 2.15 pm but please check if making a special journey as if the timetable has changed for the day the opening time will change as well.
Winter Uniform for Years 7 and 9
The Uniform Shop will be open extra hours for Years 7 and 9 students only to purchase winter uniform which should be worn in Term 2 as follows:
Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 March 3.30 - 6 pm
Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 March 3.30 - 6 pm
Second Hand Uniform
Only kilts, summer skirts and blazers are sold second hand provided they have been dry cleaned and the dry cleaning ticket is attached. Please take your items to the staff in the Uniform Shop when it is open.

Grooming
Students are expected to have clean, well pressed uniforms and follow the uniform requirements.
House Captains wear blazers edged with their House colour.
Leaders are recognised with Badges.
Sports achievers are recognised with Colours
