At Clarice Johnstone House we've created a warm, friendly, comfortable boarding family environment.

Welcome to your home away from home with all the advantages of traditional boarding school life. Clarice Johnstone House, along with Clarice Johnstone Levels, provides a boarding facility which can accommodate 151 students. The new building, Clarice Johnstone Levels, comprises 35 single study bedrooms with its own lounge and kitchen facilities giving the Year 13 students an opportunity to prepare for the move to independence as they leave school.
Clarice Johnstone House has 7 dormitories providing between 5 and 26 beds and students are placed as far as possible within their year group. There are single or double rooms within each dormitory for Year 12 students who act as Dorm Seniors. There is a also a large, airy, well-equipped common room and the dining facilities provide for a self service arrangement for all meals.

Hiring Clarice Johnstone House
CJ House is also available for hire for sports events and conference accommodation during the school holidays between Terms 1 and 4. Meals are provided by our on-site caterers and special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notification. All meals, packed lunches, morning and afternoon tea can be provided or just bed & breakfast can be accommodated. Although we require a minimum of 30 guests for group bookings, sometimes other bookings may have already been made which will mean that we can accommodate a smaller number.
