STUDENT ADMINISTRATOR
Nelson College for Girls is in the heart of beautiful Whakatū/Nelson. We are proud of the many successes of our ākonga and our ārahi programme, which supports and uplifts every student.
The Student Office is an integral part of our school, providing assistance and information to students, parents and the school community and updating attendance information.
We are seeking a multi-tasker with a calm disposition and the ability to work efficiently and build good relationships with students and staff, in a busy Student Office environment. This is an interesting and exciting position for a team player with exceptional administrative skills, customer service focus, communication and organisational skills and a warm and friendly attitude.
The Health Centre for the School is also part of the Student Office. Experience and possession of a first aid certificate or a medical background would be ideal. However, training can be provided, and we are happy to put you through a first aid course.
This is a permanent position of 31 hours and 15 minutes per week, with a half hour lunch break, term time only. The hours of work are 8.30am – 3.15pm, Monday to Friday. Remuneration will be paid in accordance with Grade C of the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement.
