AWARD CRITERIA
The Marion Coombs Shield is awarded to a team which has made the greatest commitment to team spirit. The team may have faced exceptional challenges or difficulties through funding, resourcing, player recruitment or retention, although this is not a prerequisite of the award. Consideration must be given ultimately to the profile, the enthusiasm and sportsmanship displayed by all team members including management.
