Reporting to a delegated Senior Leadership Team member, this role provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and professional expertise to support students in making confident, connected, and purposeful transitions beyond school.
The Careers Advisor will work closely with the Careers and Pathways Administrator, Deans, Heads of Learning Areas (HoLA), kaiako, students, whānau, iwi, tertiary providers, industry and community partners to ensure every student including Māori, Pacific, neurodiverse, and other priority learners has equitable access to meaningful pathways into further education, training, or employment.
